Worldwide Industrial Contracting installed a complete Sulphur Processing Plant in Toluca, Mexico. This included: warehousing, sorting, inventorying, and shipping to site as needed – all components received from overseas; complicated placement of vessels up to 40’ in height and 25 tons in weight; installing over 8000 meters of process piping up to 36” diameter, 17,000 meters of wire, and 400 instruments / sensors. WIC provided turnkey service through the startup process. The team of up to 60 skilled trades worked up to 7 days a week and 24 hours per day to accomplish the 12 week installation goal. WIC constructed a complete material processing system at the Playa del Carmen, Mexico facility. This included erecting steel structures with platforms up to 75’ in height, large hoppers up to 30 tons, and conveyor systems. We successfully completed this assignment in challenging environmental conditions within 3 months, ahead of schedule. Worldwide supplied professional turnkey relocation services for many large Injection Mold Machines. These automated presses were up to 3300 ton in size throughout Mexico (Monterrey, Saltillo, Hermosillo, Puebla, Queretaro, and Toluca) and the USA. These included robots, all electrical and complete piping connections. WIC relocated the entire automotive brake production facility in Jackson, MI to Ann Arbor, MI, and Santa Rosa, QRO Mexico. We completed this extensive project (over 100 loads) on planned schedule and to the customer’s approval. WIC has also provided turnkey services for installation of new Broaches and CNC’s at the Santa Rosa plant, and completed relocations at plants in Ohio and Georgia. A complete 10 CNC machining Line was relocated in 2 weeks, meeting the customers accelerated schedule.. Worldwide moved an entire manufacturing plant from Livonia, Michigan to Toluca, Mexico. We provided turnkey service. The facility consisted of completely automated transfer press metal forming manufacturing lines. All disassembly and reassembly of platforms, robots, electrical and conveyer systems were included… Our team successfully relocated an entire automated engine block production line (55 loads) from Saginaw, MI to Canton, MI in 3 weeks. Also, completed a second plant relocation from Taylor, MI to Canton, MI (92 loads) on schedule. WIC relocated several large Broach Machines – up to 150,000 lbs. to Ramos Arizpe, Mexico. WIC planned with our customer corporate teams to relocate and install several automated Transfer Lines in Michigan and Missouri. WIC provided full service – disassembly, trucking, and reassembly.
